@Stinger yes the wiper motor is hot too. Today when I tried, the wiring didn't really get hot but the motor did. @Chris By relay do you mean the plugs inside pdc box in the hood or something inside the steering? The smell definitely seem to be coming from wiper-motor area though...

So, today my mechanic found out the root of the issue. The drag link on the steering is bent, prior to lift at stock height it didn't affect anything. But with the lift kit on, it gets into the steering stabilizer / hardware and 'catches' creating the issue. Any recommendation for drag link...
