Just curious is all.

I’m married bro. Lol

Seriously. No I did not invent the soft shackle or the soft shackle mount. I also didn’t invent aluminum, steel or bumpers. I never made that claim.

I like making parts. I am particular and want specific features that don’t seem to be readily available.

On a positive note nice rig and I mean that, not being condescending.

Nice design. I’d never seen a similar style available when I started making mine. I like the larger ID radius, that is a change I have being implemented on my next run.

What was your intent in this question? Things seemed to escalate here and I'm curious if the audience missed your intended tone or if you were claiming?

Did I escalate things? No.

I was curious if my design influenced his. His reply answered my question.

Thanks. I admittedly don’t spend enough time in other threads and did not connect you made those.

I don’t have any data on soft shackle recommended fillet size. In a straight pull I don’t think the radius matters as much. But on a funky side pull where the shackle may rotate in the mount the larger radius seems like it would transfer less stress to the shackle and mount.

I found enlarging the radius makes the part larger then I would have liked. That was another driver to use the front swaybar hole as a mounting point. It made the profile longer to match hole height and well it adds another mechanical fastener.

If you are interested in selling these, I'd buy a set as long as there was no logo machined in
I will be selling these. This brings up a question I was meaning to ask.

I would like more opinions on the logo or No logo. Im not opposed to either. I may split the run and offer both. Logos are weird, some people have requested them on other parts…and some have said thanks for not splashing it everywhere.

I have cut out and patched almost every prominent logo I can on the pieces I have added to the Jeep.

What if you put the logo only on 1 side? That way people could mount them whichever way they want, logos on the inside or on the outside. Of course that means making a left & a right.

Provide stickers or logo plates instead of making it permanent.

I'd say no logo. Word-of-mouth is the better advertisement. As App suggested stickers or medallions ala Wizard Recovery Gear are an option as well.
