Just an FYI - there's a coupon on Harbor Freight's site for the Deal of the Day for their 5-Drawer Mechanics Cart:

I have one of these I use for all my diagnostic tools, but I've run out of room, so I just bought another on the way to the office. It's not Snap On quality, but it is reasonably well made.

Definitely a good deal and a great cart.
If someone can't make it today or finds this to late it also will be on sale during next months parking lot sale for just a bit more at $199.
