Dug some stuff out of my archives that hopefully will help with questions on these kits.

TJ cast rotors for the 4.5 kit :
ITT65225 Wagner BD1256039 Raybestos 7142 Auto Specialty (TRW) AR8722

CJ cast rotor for 5.5 kit:
ITT 5110 Wagner BD60539 Bendix 141257 Raybestos 3552

Wheel pilot hole for either kit is 2.8 inches

Warn was pretty particular about using the CR 22353 seal. Something to do with the lip location compared to similar seals.

Yes they do.
No one should buy rotors for at least several folks. I struggle to throw good stuff away so I collect the rotors out of the Yukon WU-07 and 08 free spin kits and shelve them. The reason I have them is due to the kits being set up to use on the brake kits which have different rotors. I have about 5 sets of each.

Anyone that has a hub kit that needs rotors is welcome to a pair for the cost of shipping. Yukon sells them for 100+ each.

I won't quote shipping. Should be roughly 20 each if we can get them in a Flat rate box.

If it wasn't clear, the rotors in the Yukon kits have already been machined to open the center bore.

The WU-08 is for the 5x5.5 do I need to do any boring? Sorry I'm still learning this kit.

If you are replacing parts in an older Warn, then yes, the rotor needs to be modified. If you have a new Yukon which is the WU-08, the rotors are included already modified.
In either event, I have spare Yukon already modified by Yukon rotors NIB x a couple or more sets for the WU-08 which are ready to bolt on. Cost you shipping. They will work on the older Warn kit.

You have to verify the hat OD is 7".
All the ones we ever did I never ran into that. Do you know if that is a manufacturing tolerance with the rotor or a application issue? I seem to recall that the rotor is from a CJ-7 but I also seem to recall that I found one later that was larger or had better swept area on the inside where the pad hangs over.

I can not remember off the top of my head but knowing the guys involved at the time they were all about the CYA.

I have found that the current rotors on my warn kit, that the pads on the inside hang over quite a bit. Caused the rotor to wear a groove in the pad. Installed your supplied Yukon rotors with all new bearings, seals, calipers and pads. The knuckle saver came in handy! Thank you sir.

Should this warn kit have a wheel spacer? I have an 8.8 rear with an Adapter/spacer I am ok with leaving the rear spacers for the time being.

Questioning the spacers upfront due to tire wear, turning radius is increased and i believe the scrub radius looks excessive.

Thoughts and ideas, thanks

Anytime you can see the whole rotor outside the rim, it likely isn't going to steer and drive in an acceptable manner. That and your balljoints hate you.
