Did MOOG screw up?

I'm installing a spare ZJ tie rod after bending the current one. When I went to put everything together, I discovered that the new ZJ tie rod is flipped. The bottom one (old) is correct. The top (new) is not. Did they install the passenger side tie rod joint flipped? :(

This is the DS1312 I ordered last fall. Looks like your bottom one.

I'm editing this since I didn't realize you were the OP when I replied on my phone just now.
Mine looks like the bottom one in your first pic, and I now realize you were showing the top one was the right part?

Amazon sent a replacement, which is inverted like the 1st. Here's the 2nd replacent and I'm confused on this one! o_O

I got a Moog ZJ rod and it looks like the lower (incorrect?) tie rod. I have been driving mine for the last 2 years and no issue other than I did not have enough adjustment from the pitman arm to line up the steering wheel, but that should have nothing to do with the tie rod which I was able to align toe no problem.
