What is your philosophy of life?

Do no harm, but take no shit.

It’s easier to catch flies with honey, than shit…

However,

The bee doesn’t bother explaining to the fly why honey is better than shit.

Why do you hate bathrooms :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I hate that is the high point of a guys day. Then sometimes I’d be glad for just that myself.

One time Marcy and Charlie Brown were walking off the field beaten again, she said “well sir, sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose”

Charlie Brown said “boy ,that would be nice”

I understand, tech at work will take a bathroom break at 9:30 or 10 for at least 45 minutes, sometimes an hour. Then another around 2pm. If my bowels worked like his I wouldn't weigh 190lbs that's for sure. He has no desire to really do anything it's like constant slow motion.

Philosophy toward work - Taught to me by my mother, work hard, be humble, and never forget where you came from.

People that don’t embrace work run the risk of having to work longer for less or live a less desirable life. That to me seems harder than applying yourself.

Failure is a natural part of life. What you do with it determines your character.

Strong response. Failure is basically exhausting what doesn’t work.

The discomfort of it can lead you to better places- if you don’t quit. I know this personally.

Best way to learn!

This member may be the bravest, most authentic guy here. You talk about someone who is not going to sit out the (belly) dance. I’m totally serious. I can’t say I’ve ever even considered some of his passions, but if I did I stll would not be courageous enought to live them out.

Think about it. He is true to himself.

My philosophy on life is that Jesus Christ died on the cross to save us from our sins. Through Jesus Christ we have a relationship with the Father. Our lives should be spent not worshiping the things of the world, but worshiping the Lord. How thankful we should be to walk in a time of light, not darkness.

“He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him.”

‭‭John‬ ‭1:10‬ ‭NIV‬‬

We as Americans in particular should be fully aware of the truly blessed lives we are living. Even the people in this country who are living in abject poverty are still living a life of riches and luxury compared to those living in third world countries who are facing real problems. We often take for granted our lives of riches and luxury and forget that even in our moments of suffering, it really can’t compare to what others in the world are facing—sometimes on a daily basis.

We should always show grace and mercy towards others, always.

Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.

Hebrews 13:2 NIV

What is your philosophy toward—failure.

Every failure is the elimination of a potential solution. Problems cannot be solved without finding a solution. If you don't eliminate the poor solutions, you're relying on luck to find a solution. I prefer diligence over luck. Over the course of time, it's quicker.

Thank you for your kind words - BUT - I'm not "brave", although you're not the first to call me such. I just don't give a shit about what other people think or do - that's no way to live one's life. It really is just that simple.
