Torque Wrench Recommendations?

What are the recommendations on a 250 ft-lb wrench? I have the 150 ft-lb HF wrench but will be working on the axles this fall and will need the higher limit.

Lowe's has a craftsman 250ft-lb option that I got on sale for $50. I think it's normally around $95. I've been happy with it.

I've heard decent things about the Tekton brand as well. ~$90 on Amazon

HF Icon brand has an option for around $150, I hear good things about that one too.

I got the Harbor Freight Icon one. It seemed to work well and felt like quality.

My buddy got one of the Craftsman ones on sale. Said he likes it.

Admittedly, there are far cheaper ways to accomplish the same task, but I like my Snap-on wrenches.

There, I said it!

Wow, harbor freight is not what I was expecting. But if it's good enough for you then I'll follow your advice. I can guarantee that you've spent a lot more time wrenching in your garage than I have. I can buy both sizes of the harbor freight for less than one size of the craftsman. Thanks Jerry.

If worried, spend the money to get it calibrated once and then you know
