Can someone explain the appeal of these 6-wheel light trucks? Is it just more "bro-dozer", I-think-this-makes-me-look-tough stuff? :unsure:

I'm with you on this. I really have NO idea how or where this fad got started but it sure has taken off. I do find them interesting in the design part and on this one it seemed to be a GOOD use of a Ford.
But unless I'm driving a duce or 5ton I really have no use for a 6x6 truck.

That should be in the EV thread. I wonder how fast it was going?

Just another nail-in-the-EV-coffin for me. I'm also not a fan of drive-by-wire stuff. Judging from the vehicle damage and shake of the building at the end, I'd say it was going way too fucking fast. Google search says the Model Y is capable of up to 135 mph.

I wonder if an out of control Model Y is faster.
