How many of you outdoor cook with a Traeger? If not what is your BBQ rig of choice?

Thanks for the link! I'll give this a shot.

My brother in law suggested the meater+ but I dont need a fancy bluetooth device and app.
I also have the Meater +. Don’t love it don’t hate it. I agree it’s a little on the fancy side for me as well.

Between both houses I have a 2 gasser grills, 28" camp chef griddle, 36" blackstone griddle, wood fired pizza oven, propane & electric smoker, MB800 gravity feed smoker and a 22" kettle with a rotisserie (doing the turkey on this uncovered for TG....yeah I might have a problem...lol

Holy crap is there hotline you can call?

I'm thinking about getting a pit boss Lexington pellet grill. I like the fact I can sear meat something I can't do with my. vertical smoker. The wife will only occasionally have a hamburger so I don't need a very big grill in Florida.

I looked into the z grills but the ones that sear meat have a lot of complaints about the grease.

My gas grill rusted out, I don't think I'll bother getting another one if the Lexington does a good job.

Okay I'm done rambling Plus talk to text is driving me nuts.

And all the pellets I bought to use in it. Should last me a few years if I can ever get to use my motorhome. 20lb bags fit in each container.

My brother in law is smoking the turkey, so I'm in charge of the red meat. I smoked and seared a tri-tip and a 3 lb bone in ribeye. Wrapped them in foil and a towel and put them in a cooler. The meat can rest on the 45 minute drive to my in laws house.
Happy Thanksgiving all.

I used my oven for rib roast. In the past I have had good luck with 500 degrees 5 minutes per pound then oven off for 2 hours but this time overcooked. Probably last time I do that
