For 2023 June will work better for us than April. Plus we shouldn't have any issues with snow storms on I-70 in Colorado.

I didn't even have windows in my jeep for that drive, the snow wasn't that bad.
I technically was a trucker, I just never been in a wreck. This Arizona boy has seen a lifetime of snow.
Time to raise this from the dead for visibility.
Also, all you guys claiming you won't see snow in the Rockies in June might be in for a surprise. It's less likely, but not improbable.
I’m tempted to store my rig from May to June in Moab so I can do both trips. Probably a long shot, but I’m thinking.

Well since I've been giving app shit about his LS swap for months I've got to go in June. Plus I'm hoping 
my son and grandkids will be able to make it. He's working on the logistics now.
I might have to do a 2fer Moab in 2023. Wouldn't break my heart if I could swing it either.
Depending on when the Jeep is done and if it warms up early enough for me to have the motorhome ready for April.

You should do Moab in April, Sand hollow in May and back to Moab for June.

No, at least not in a TJ. Just come down softly when you can. But many of the 5-7 trails you'll never touch in a TJ outside of optional lines which you'd likely not touch on either.
