Wipers go on with left turn signal and headlights. Changed out my signal side multifunction but kept wiper switch stalk, same issue.

Before I order a new wiper switch, could it be my flasher relay?

Replaced flasher. Same thing. Beginning to think I have a short somewhere.

Captains Log:
I've isolated the short to the front side connector of the wiper fluid reservoir. When I unplugged it, I was able to run the headlights and left blinkers no problem.

Which reminds me that two weeks ago I savagely disconnected my wiper fluid res. to dump it out & refresh with new fluid.

The two knobby things on there are pretty corroded. Anybody have experience with this? For now I'll run without fluid functionality.

Got new wiper pumps. Issue remains
Ordered a new harness for left headlamp. Running out of ideas.

That one is fine, unless there’s another one hiding

Did you check it or just look at it? Make sure the nut is tight. Even loosen it then retighten. If I think I have a grounding issue sometimes I will use the negative side of jumper cables to ensure I have a solid ground to the battery, meaning negative on battery neg and other end on ground wire stud near headlight.

Took it off, wiped it with iso alcohol, put it back on.

What do you mean about the jumper trick? Can I use a multimeter to narrow this down

I just use jumper cable to run a ground straight to the battery to eliminate the ground as a potential issue.

Ok will do…. But now she won’t start. No click. Popping clutch works. New starter 8 months ago (mopar)

Thinking I have an ignition actuator out. Coincidentally?

Could be a coincidence. Check your battery voltage while trying to start. Check it on the cable side of the connection at the battery. Need to make sure your cable connections are clean. Specifically your negative. Also check the ground on the engine block as well.
Could be several things but voltage and battery connections are the easiest to verify first.

Battery voltage is good 12.9 - even on the cables
Starter voltage at rest is same, alternator too.
Ground at headlamp is same.
Engine block ground is same.

Ignition actuator was bad. Now back to the original issue …

The ground was coming in good. Black on ground, red on positive bat terminal.

Unplugging the new wiper fluid pump stops the mix up altogether, but the dash beeps once in a while from the issue
unplugging the drivers side headlamp stops the mix up on headlight use
unplugging the drivers side blinker stops the mix up on blinker use

i'm trying to think what i could have screwed up by pulling the wiper reservoir out, or if its also, a coincidence. maybe a new light harness will sort this out.

Black on battery negative, other end black on suspected bad ground.

With the jumper cable? And with the ground still attached to the car? And in hopes that by doing so, all electrical components will act as normal. Right?

Never did that before.

You are just trying to extend the ground stud near the headlight directly to the battery to eliminate that as a possible issue.
