What did you do to your TJ today?

Same deal over here in NZ too… had to make sure they tucked inside the guards.

That thing next to your Jeep is called a mountain in Florida. ;)
p.s. Every time you post a pic, it makes me regret ever selling my first TJ (98').

I'll get pics when home tonight, but rigged the TJ for warm weather driving... washed it, pulled the doors, sides, and back off left top on as "safari". She'll be this way until October sometime, and only will be completely covered when parked with a trail top on.

Red curry with tofu on brown rice, please...as hot as you can make it. (Recovering vegetarian.)

What is a recovering vegetarian? Based on the tofu you mentioned I think I know but the term seems ambiguous or at least opposite of a recovering alcoholic so I gotta ask,

Is it a former vegetarian that's quitting meat again or is it someone trying to stay away from eating vegetables only?

To be honest, now I'm wondering why a vegetarian isn't a vegetaric or alcoholic isn't an alcoholian.

At least you're not a transvegetarian whatever that could/would/might* be.

* "might" replaces "should" because IMO no one should be a trans anything

I was a vegetarian from my early twenties to late 30s and then I got a contract job in Afghanistan and knew I was going to need to be a lot more flexible when it came to diet.

A couple of weeks before I shipped out I started eating some meat to get any diarrhea or other gastric discomfort out of the way.

Spent a year in Afghanistan and a couple months in Africa...watched France invade Mali...fun times.

I still love tofu...even though I installed a flex fuel sensor...

My wife suggested that I can't call a transmission a tranny anymore. I can adapt. I get it. Helps to walk a mile in someone else's shoes. And I have...I spent a month in 4" heels in college...back when I had hair...long hair at that. Got 4 credits for doing a winter session theater class...we put on a kids play The Emperor Has No Clothes. I got cast as Pookie the Emperor's daughter. Girls were absolutely pissed I could fit in a size 3 teddy. Fun times. Did a four year degree in 23 months and saved myself a ton of money and paid off all my loans working the next couple of years.

4 inch heels? I'm impressed. I just graduated from 3 inchers to 3.5 - but they only get worn once or twice a year, not daily for a month! {BOW HERE}

I finally caught up on the forum posts! Only took me a few weeks 😅 The last time I had read/posted anything was back in May.

I took a brief hiatus from Jeep things due to stuff happening in my personal life but now I’m back, and contemplating a body lift, tummy tuck, and 35s 👀🤣

In the interim I had my frame repaired, although I still need to repair the body mounts. I have the torque box replacement, but no shops around me seem to know how to put it on. My next project will possibly be a SYE and a new rear drive shaft (and maybe a new front one while I’m refreshing everything), and then regearing (probably gonna go 5:13), and then the body lift/motor mount lift/tummy tuck, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Man, it’s good to be back tho!
