OEM or dropped Pitman?

That is definitely a dropped pitman arm. Also notice on the axle side where the track bar is attached. That is a drop bracket. Both of those gotta go.

Ok I ordered an OEM replacement pitman arm. On the drop bracket....if I remove that....where do I reconnect it? Where I took the bolt out that holds in the drop bracket?

Looks like it. Here is a pic of my front end...the gold colored piece is my trackbar, and it bolts in kinda right below the steering stabilizer.

Yes, remove that drop bracket and bolt the track bar where the bracket was bolted to. Torque to spec.

Just swapped out a drop pitman for the OEM arm. Wow, what a HUGE difference it made on the steering.
