There's not enough photos to know for sure, but from what I can see in the few photos you attached, it looks excellent.

The outside looks clean, and though I only see one photo of the underside, it looks clean from that one photo. I'd like to see more photos of the underside of course.

1. the rear gate looks bent (ask for discount) you might need hinges.

Other then that from limited pictures it looks ok.

During the test drive run a gps speedometer on you phone and check the speedometer on the jeep. If its off ask for more money off because you have to fix that too.

Never let the guy know you love it. And if he starts with the pressure just tell him you have an appointment to look at another jeep. If they want to sell it bad enough you wont get a mile down the road without a phone call.

Looks clean. A new stabilizer/dampner leads me to believe they are dealing with death wobble and are trying to hide it. Also, loose that dropped pitman arm, its only going to introduce you to bumpsteer

Thanks for the help.. Greatly appreciated. Going with cash tomorrow. He had it inspected today.

That is an interesting observation.
I changed mine just because I thought I will prevent future wobbles. But not because I had some existing wobble to fix.

Did you mean 102,000 miles, or does it really have only 10,200 miles on it? Looks like a nice Jeep. The rear gate does look like it has had better days! Makes you wonder if it was bent down and someone bent it back up a bit too far.

I believe the stabilizsr just masks the wabble... No fix

If your suspension and tires are set up correctly you dont even need a stabilizer/dampner. Ive ran without one for a couple hundred miles while waiting to buy a new one.

I only suggested it because a lot of people assume that is where death wobble starts and ends, the stabilizer. Not true. It may mask it for a while but its nothing more than a bandaid. It very well could be that they were offering to replace it as the old one might have been leaking. It was just an observation. Time will tell. Looks like a clean jeep!
