No one really runs it because the consensus is that the Novak and Savvy cable shifters are the best (Savvy being the better of the two).
The cable design is a much, much better design than the linkage style that Teraflex is using, which is basically the same as the stock linkage, just adjustable.
If you want more opinions on this, you may want to post a thread about it so that it gets more attention than being buried in your build thread.
I will say however, that I would personally just pony up the extra cash, buy once, and cry once with the Savvy unit.
It's easy to install and shifts oh so well!
