Random photos: Got anything interesting, unique, strange?

At the Denver Museum of Science. Space Odyssey exhibit. Once a month they have an event called science lounge, 21+ only where they have a specific topic they discuss. Most of the exhibits are open throughout the museum afterwards. The last discussion we went to was the science of fear. Pretty interesting stuff.

I would have loved to be at that last talk. I’ve always been super sensitive when it comes to being scared. No scary movies for me, I freak when people scare me, etc. I don’t really understand it because I’m quite a living on the edge type person otherwise. Very cool museum !

My '57 Poncho ran a 347 V8 in it. My buddy's '57 Olds ran a 371 with the J2 option (three 2 bbl carbs). An interesting little factoid: In 1957, GMC used Pontiac's 347 V8 in their lighter trucks (half-ton and 3/4-ton). If I recall correctly, they used Oldsmobile engines, as well, in their larger trucks, but I'm unsure what years ('50's, I'm fairly certain).

Couldn't find the '62, brother. I might be doing something wrong. I'll check again. By the way, my buddy has a '62 Letter Series car with a 413 and dual quads (can't remember if it's a Cross Ram, or not). White car. Brought it down from Canada. Gorgeous cars!

Yeah, he got the full brunt of @StG58 once he threw out the snarky reply...hasn't been back since Feb. 2018.
Its one of the best replies I've seen... he just tore him down bit by bit. The OP totally deserved it, very entertaining.

Will he ever figure out why he is wet?

The area behind the windshield is a low-pressure area and with the back open a mist of water, when it rains and dust and grime when it is dry, is sucked forward and deposited all over everyone.
Probably traded his top for those rims. I thought it was a TJ until I caught a glimpse of the square lights in the rearview.
