Strange idea but it appears to have been done well.

Looks like a lot of (probably) quality work done to make something I don't understand.

It's a pretty short boat with an almost flat bottom and while the top of the motor looks to be in the right place, the prop seams to be behind instead of below the hull.

I also don't get the almost armored truck like windshield on any boat and what do those hinges do? Fold down the windshield but not the full length door?

My guess is that the motor is elevated just for travel purposes. Typically the centre door would be hinged on one side. He may have some kind of inside hinges. If that's the case it looks like the bottom part of the door would open too, which seems odd.
