Hi everyone, just got a '99 TJ that needs some work. Control arms, torque box floor supports, floor pans, body side panels, and body mounts. Came with lots of new parts, new long block only has 18k miles on it. Tranny reworked, mechanically sound, needs some TLC. Looking forward to rebuilding it. Winters have been a little rough here the past few years, gotta get it ready so I don't have to take my car to work on the bad days. Probably use it more for hunting though, lol. Looking forward to talking to yinz (PA thing) about the build, or hunting, or whatever. Thanks. Joe

Welcome to the forum! Yinz is emoting I've never heard before.

I'm sure the TJ will make an excellent hunting rig!

nah, that's decidedly a western PA thing, there's a whole 200 miles of Kentucky between people that say yinz & the rest of us :ROFLMAO:. I left home (Philly area) & arrived in Kittanning in the fall of 84 to embark upon my higher education experience & was tossed into an Amityville Horror looking house off campus with 9 roommates, 6 of which were from Pittsburgh. Immediately when the chew spit & yinz'es started flying I thought I was in the twilight zone but I adapted, best years of my life out there.

Welcome!

Welcome. Photos please. But only after you take off the angry grill. 😏
The angry grill was on it when I bought it. The guy's daughter drove it to college. It's off already, but it did have a screen to protect the radiator from rocks. I got a different screen. Now I need to do something with the LED headlights, I get highbeamed by every other car every morning. It's getting old.

Funny, when I first posted in this thread I had never heard of Sheetz. Now that my daughter is going to school in NC I know what they are. Last week taking my parents to a Dr. appt in Scranton stumbled on one in PA...they are pretty big.
The big debate between them usually focuses on the made-to-order foods. In my opinion Sheetz is better at hot foods, and Wawa is better at sandwiches and similar items. I generally prefer Sheetz.

There's also a divide right down the state. West of State College and the area is mostly Sheetz. The closer you get to Philadelphia, the more Wawa stations you find.

So it's also kind of a proxy way to determine of someone is more likely a Stillerz fan or an Iggles fan.

The only time I ever had a sandwich at a Wawa was 30 years ago and I puked my guts up for a couple hours. I have never had food in a Sheetz, just filled up.

There's a third contingency: Rutters. And since Rutters is based on York, it pretty well matches the Ravens fan demographic here in South Central PA. I-83 is prime battleground between Sheetz and Rutters.

Try a Quesarito. It's a burrito wrapped in a quesadilla, and it's a ton of food for $6. My friends and I used to weigh them for fun, we had a contest going to see who could customize the heaviest. Regularly 1.5 to 2 lbs, and I'd get two meals out of one.
