Jeep JK Madness

We swore to ourselves (my wife included) we would never, ever, ever, ever, ever own a minivan... Over our dead bodies. Then we went to test drive one just for kicks at the Honda dealer. It totally transformed our opinion of minivans. We can easily get the kids in and out of their car seats, the back has tons of room, and it's way easier than the SUV we had before it due to the lower height and the ability to actually get in the back easier.

Never in a million years did I think I'd own a minivan. Kids changed all of that.

X2. We swore minivans off. Until we realized how small a mid sized sedan is with two kids. I was still a little embarrassed to drive it when we first got it but quickly got over that. Compare the pros and cons of an SUV to that of a minivan and price alone makes the minivan the correct purchase.

Those JK's have absolutely NOTHING attractive about them... who in the hell would actually buy that?

And, have ya'll heard of Starwood Motors?

I owned a Ford Aerostar for awhile back in the 90's. I'm not ashamed to admit that I friggin loved that thing.

If I ever buy a van, it'll look like the A-Team van.

And I will have nerf guns stored inside that look like Mini-14's. So my son and I can play while my wife goes shopping.

Please install the bullet proof roof tin over the windows with gun ports cut out.

Wife has been hinting around about wanting a JKU. Which I'm okay with as long as it is not one of those ugly out of hand setups. She sends me this earlier this week. I thought it was a joke and when I got home I said something about the fun butt ugly Jeep pics she sent. My bad. She informed me that she happen to like the way it looked. I cried on the inside, smiled and said we better keep looking.

I blame Fab-Fours for feeding the trolls with all that ugly-as-sin body armor. Freaking come on...

Many manufacturers supply that kind of 'look at how badass that is' equipment. It costs a fortune and is silly.

Ha, so you can relate?

We swore we'd never get one, but once we experienced how easy they were to get the kids (and stuff) in and out of, it clearly made sense why people (reluctantly) buy them.

We bought the fully loaded Honda Odyssey Touring model, and it has a bunch of bells and whistles, which is very nice. Not to mention the Honda Odyssey doesn't look as ugly as some of the minivans (i.e. the Dodge ones).
