I'm interested in getting some trail doors for the summer. I want something lightweight and can be modified to accept factory mirrors. I probably won't ever attach soft uppers, but I wouldn't mind having the option.
I'm not really interested in finding some used factory half doors. (They are expensive, often need TLC, paint matching, interior door panel work, etc.).

I want something simple I can just buy, paint with a rattlecan, install and go.
I've been looking at these; Savvy, UCF, JCR, and Genright .

Does anyone have these doors, and what are your opinions on them?
Am I missing any other good ones?
What do you think?

Only because I hate the ”look” of the non factory like hinges, I would go with the JCR Crusaders.

No offence to anybody that runs half doors but to me it seems like a lot of money to lower the sill on your door 6". I thought the half doors were more of a cost thing and full doors were just too expensive to put on all the Jeeps with the extra glass. If you take full doors off you get 22" for close to free, why spend more for less? Obviously my opinion and nothing more, I just have never understood rock doors or half doors. Just take 'em off.

I appreciate the replies. Here's my thought process:

Savvy: $414 with factory hinges. I will also pay CA sales tax and $22 shipping
Pros- Can be ordered with factory hinges
-Forward interior release lever

Cons- Currently on backorder
-No attachments for upper doors (that I can tell)
- Not a lot of info on the website

UCF: $399 without uppers bracket, $531 with. I have a 10% off code, no tax, free shipping.
Pros- Ability to fit factory soft uppers

Cons- will have to modify or change the upper hinge for factory mirrors

JCR: $ 439. I have a 10% off code, no tax, free shipping
Pros- Will accept Bestop soft uppers with no modifications or add-ons
-Factory looking hinges, will accept factory mirror by simply redrilling holes
-Least expensive option

Cons- Have to reach back to unlatch the door, unlike the Savvy

Genright: Pretty much ruled them out. They are the most expensive, and don't seem to offer anything more than the others do.

So far I'm leaning toward the JCR's.

Try a set and you’ll realize what you are missing

I'm too delicate for no doors on the highway. That little bit of coverage from the elements that half doors offer makes a big difference in comfort.
