Man, this is probably my favorite thread on here...and there are some good threads to compete with.

I better jump in. Today we have been having thunderstorms popping up here, there and yonder and after what appeared to be a lull, I loaded the kids up for a drive to our local mountain.

I figured there was still a potential for more to develop and they did. It was a great view watching one come right up along the mountain. We barely got a sprinkle, but the valley below got a good soaking.

I know this is old, but have been reading the post from page one. Specs on the TJ please

5.3 V8, 4L60E transmission, 3.5" suspension lift, 1.25" body lift, JB SS SYE, 35" tires, flat 1/4 belly skid plate, NP231J (2.72:1) TC, 4.56 gears and a bunch of other little things to support all this.

Here is my build thread that I just started.

Made a trip up the the Great Smoky Mountain National Park yesterday. My main goal was to paint in Cades Cove. Knocked out these two paintings before noon and then decided to head on home. The place was crowded, big time, by then. I hate crowds. :)

It was a beautiful day and I just beat the rain getting home.
