Pulled my dash for heater core. I thought I did good at labeling everything. Of course, when I got everything together there was 1 stray plug.

Can't find where it goes and before pulling everything off was hoping maybe somebody would know where it goes.

2004 LJ

Sorry had to reset phone to get pics

Where exactly is that thing? Left/right/top/bottom? A pic from a little farther away could provide some context.

If you head over to the TJ resources sub forum you'll find your factory manual there for free. Scroll to around page 8W-91-25 or so and you'll find illustrations like these that show how all your harnesses route inside the LJ. Scroll up from the diagrams to page 8W-80-3 and you'll see illustrations of every individual connector so you can see its shape, number of pins, and the color of the wires that pass through it. Here's an example from your 2004 manual:

Does it come out of the aftermarket split-loom? Or is it just by it?

good news is, there's likely a temp sensor somewhere behind the grill. At least, there's a socket for it. And for about $30, you can pick up a cool mirror with nav/temperature.
