it does not matter what vehicle it's listed for it's really just a generic part, that can be bolted to any bumper

4 connecting bolts will always be stronger than 2 and no matter which you choose that style should have a backing plate with it and grade 8 hardware.

most opt for welded in products.
on bumpers where they are not supplied, the choice is what your seeking or use of the recovery hooks that mount to the top and bolt in with the bumper.

Bolt-on tow hooks are fine since their bolts pass down through the bumper into the frame which makes them a strong recovery point. Bolt-on D-rings for shackles? I wouldn't do that since they're only bolted through the bumper which is never strong enough where the factory bumper is concerned and seldom strong enough where an aftermarket bumper is concerned.

Bolt-on mounts like that are typically used for tie-down points, they're not designed for vehicle recoveries.

@Jerry Bransford found a picture you posted in the past while researching the Savvy Front Bumper, and have a quick question on your build. I noticed you have what appear to be bolt on shackle mounts, since they are not in the frame rail what are they generally used for? I do agree though, only bolted to a bumper would more often than not be a viable recovery point

The Savvy front bumper comes with bolt-on recovery hooks that attach to the top of the frame rails.

These are used as recovery points when using a winch to recover the vehicle. I prefer using them with soft shackles as many do.

my Savvy bumper didn't come with any type of recovery hooks. but a deck mounted hook into the frame is about the only choice for that bumper.

They replace the stock hooks and bolt directly to the frame.
Yea, I saw that. What seems like a bad idea is using them instead of the hooks. I personally wouldn't use them for anything but a perfectly straight pull (which seldom if ever happens), tie downs, or for hanging mall jewelry. They just look fragile and the metal itself may even be weak.
