Hello Everyone,

I just about a 2001 Sahara off of an older gentleman a couple of weeks ago and I trying to widdle down what has been done to it over the years. It looks great from 10 feed away but is not perfect. I have already started on modding it and upgrading stuff that needed to be fixed. I have no idea what kind of lift is on it and someone has rattle canned a lot of the underside so I don't see any stickers or markings. It is cool to see all this great info on this site and I hope to contribute as I go through this new to me Jeep.

Thanks
Brandon

Welcome to the forum!

You're tight, that thing looks great from 10 feet away.

Got any big plans for it?

Welcome
I just moved Joshua this year(south of FW).
I have learned so much reading and studying this forum.
FYI there is a lot of TJ knowledge here if you are willing to read and ask questions.
Heading to Bridgeport for the first time this Saturday all are welcome.

Welcome to the forum! I agree, looks pretty good.

Although our Jeeps are a little old, fixin’ the old and adding the new is where a lot of the fun is.

The rest of the fun is wheelin’ that bad boy!

Well it wasn’t perfect...all the stuff that I thought was going to be difficult was pretty easy and vice versa. I wish I would have just went with normal shocks BW Rustys reservoir shocks

I added the metal cloak rear track bar and the anti rock sway bar. I also did the B&M shifter. I also did the custom battery cables and took the battery out since hit had no hold down. I took the tray out and painted everything up and bought a new hold down rewired everything while I was wiring in the winch. I bought the cheaper Amazon hood vent that I am going to get clear coated before I install it.

We were all good. I grew up in West Virginia and we always lost power and water. I feel like I was prepared since we did have the warning from the weather folks.
