its definitely weird that its missing, I don't know why it would be removedSure. What threw me off was the fasteners there. It appears something would screw into it.

soon as I'm home if no one beats me to it lolcan you take a pic of yours if you can. I’m curious what it looks like.
Measuring Tow in has always been in inches to me. I have never herd of Tow in degrees. How much of an inch is 22 degrees? Results after fully rebuilding everything I can on the front end. I’d really like to fix the camber issue on the front. I see there is a ball joint option or a spacer option. I’ll do my research to see which I should go with.
I just noticed this vacant area on the second picture. Any idea what normally goes there? It’s in the engine compartment below the master cylinder.

I hope this is the 5th time you have changed your oil and not a milestone for the first.Another milestone today. View attachment 228655
Absolutely no clue. Which stinks because all the suggestions you see are also in increase and not degreeMeasuring Tow in has always been in inches to me. I have never herd of Tow in degrees. How much of an inch is 22 degrees?

The tray that came from the factory in that space was for ABS which I dont think a lot of TJs had. Right now I have the tray removed and have found a quart of motor oil and a half gallon milk jug filled with engine coolant fit in there pretty nicely.can you take a pic of yours if you can. I’m curious what it looks like.
Damn...now I'm on a search for that part number for that reason, lol.The tray that came from the factory in that space was for ABS which I dont think a lot of TJs had. You dont need the tray. I removed it to find what is in the pictures above and the fluids fit in there.
A while back I read a post on this forum where someone moved the charcoal canister under that tray and mounted a 12v air compressor in the spot previously occupied by the canister. The tray that came from the factory in that space was for ABS which I dont think a lot of TJs had. Not to worry. I'm aware of maintenance needs. I've only owned this TJ for 2000 miles thus far and an oil change was the first thing I did, along with many other things because the jeep had sat in a garage for 10 years while only getting 1K miles put on it in that time frame.I hope this is the 5th time you have changed your oil and not a milestone for the first.
change the type or just routine oil change? Now it is time to change your oil.
The important thing is to change the oil every 5000 miles. It does not matter what motor oil you use.change the type or just routine oil change?
