Please post up what trails you'd like to join on and I'll add you to them

So here's what I put together for Team America - Open to everybody who wants to go have fun on the trails but please do your own research on your rigs capability.

GMRS channel 19 and I have a CB too we can pick a channel that day if needed

Here are the trails presented to me by others which also hit trails I planned on.

I like the way these were broken down so I'll keep it the same way. Ratings per Red Rock 4 Wheelers if they have it. Times per Trails offroad. I usually take less time but I haven't wheeled with a group in the past. The highest rated trail I've done in Moab was an 8, did it completely solo since we saw nobody out there that day, nothing to winch to but we did it and there were no bypasses.

Open to suggestions and input - it may make sense to pair these up a bit differently.

I'll get in on some of these with you.. Like I said in other threads I'm there with the fam so when we go out we're going to be going nice & easy, mostly finding cool places to stop for snacks & pics. I'm not bringing them along on tougher trails where we have to keep pace with other people. I'll be taking a day or two though to go solo, or maybe with just the 9 year old boy. I'll see what you're up too that week, I think you're staying at the KOA too no?

Do you have a start time and meeting place for each day? If so, can you add it to first post?

I will most likely join you during the week, but if the group gets too large I am good with going out on my own since I will have two jeeps with me.

I am not at the KOA, but I am staying very close to KOA on South Village Loop road.

I'd like to get going early like meet at the trail head at 7:30 air down and get everything ready then 8 am start the trail, but I'd like to see what those that want to group up would like to do.

This allows for any breakdowns or issues on the trail and if all goes well leaves the afternoon on most days to go explore Moab and the area around it.

We are coming from CST and our bodies will be an hour ahead, so 7:30am is good with me. The only issue may be on Monday if we aren't able to get to a grocery store the night before but we are going to try and arrive Sunday afternoon to allow us to get supplies and get Jeeps ready for Monday morning. I will text you Sunday night.

I also don't get my panties in a bunch if I show up late and everyone already left (I actually expect to be left if I am late).
being late = doing my own ride

Yeah, no problem. I'll likely stock up my fridge with stuff to make sandwiches on the trail, meats, cheeses, PBJ, snacks... so if you need anything I can hook you up. I'll also be bringing plenty of water for both potential radiator explosions (me last year) and for drinking.

With only two of us in my LJ the back seat will stay home so I'll have quite a bit of capacity even with the fridge and tools.

Poison Spider day will be long but it's a great scenic trail.

Packing enough supplies for two kids & a wife in my TJ is always a logistical challenge. We look like pioneers halfway to California.

We'll see what we can do, I may be able to help you out on days you go with me. I know how packed it can be out there. The first Moab trip was three of us, with 40L fridge and we drove 1250 miles to Moab for a week with everything in the jeep and I overpacked because I didn't know what to expect.

We're driving 240 miles from N Utah to stay in a luxury KOA cabin for one week, I guarantee you my TJ will be packed, the car carrier it sits on will have tons of shit strapped down all around it, & the bed of my Silverado will be completely stuffed. Last trip we took to WY I told my kids to start packing & they stacked up like 30 board games & a dozen stuffed animals by the front door.

Just look for the Jeep strapped to Apparition's rear bumper... that'll be me. I'll be at the KOA arriving Sat and leaving Sat, so planning on running with you guys Sun-Fri unless I chicken out on pritchet or something LOL.

I assume I'll see a booth set up at the KOA for Team America registration, name tag pickup, and free beer.....

My 9 year old boy will be managing the booth & collecting the appropriate fees. Keep in mind a minimum of four 3'x5' flags of any historical configuration must be flown from your TJ at all times.

I'll also be bringing my trumpet from highschool so the camp ground can observe with us reveille, retreat, and taps at 7am, 5pm, and 9pm respectively or whenever the installation commander (@Apparition) deems appropriate.

@Apparition, I‘d like to join you guys on at least Monday and Wednesday if there is room. Any idea how many rigs in Team America?
No, I don't have a count yet because of the range of rigs. I don't know what trails people choose to do.

If everyone wants to tentatively commit I'll start adding names to the trails in the first post.

I'll put you down Nashville, it'll be first come first serve and I think especially for Pritchett we won't have too many.

I think for Poison Spider that some who are on the fence should realize that you don't have to do the entire day, the first time I ran Poison Spider I went out to Pig Rock and turned around. Did this with a mostly stock JK on 35's with no lockers that we wheeled with for the week so it's not that crazy of a trail.

You can put me down for every day except the final Saturday... I may decide day of or day before on pritchet... but if someone who's been there or has an idea and tells me my Jeep can make it, I'll probably go :) I'm on 35's, locked, etc.

At this time I am in for Mon, Tues, wed, and thurs. I will have 2 jeeps (My TJ and a JKU). If the numbers get over 6, the two of us can split out on our own, we wheel together all the time and work good together so it is no issue. Even if over 6 I would like to ride along on Mon to meet people and on Wed to do Pritchett.

I don't think 6 would be too bad. I think we can work something out if we get more than 10-12 per trail.

We can split up groups so people keep moving instead of waiting on a long line. If a problem comes up we can use our communication devices if help is needed.
