What did you do to your TJ today?

Decal upgrade. I already had someone ask me what they were and how to buy some (after explaining to them).

View attachment 258677 auto meter gauges look fantastic!
Washed and ready for tomorrow- plug wire stand offs, relocate a shock bracket, zip ties, new fill plug on the Atlas, yank the hard top, mount the track bar permanently with a 14mm axle end bolt, Ready to start some shake downs and see what happens.

I did. So I listed in on the high side...if it moves, then I'll recover it all and make a few dollars. Otherwise, it sits, gets driven 200 miles a year, and then I sell it for $3K less 5 years from now. I figure sell while the market is booming and if my daughter changes, I'll get an LJ.
Understandable, good luck with the sale

I dig those gauges. Very slick.
Thanks im really glad they got the engine and electrical right...they sure didnt get the suspension set up.

I left church in it the other night and a red light was on...even the parking brake warning light was thought of. I was impressed.

Listening to John Denver Live and getting breakfast...man I wish he was still here.

I bet Mcgyvers console looked just like this, a small coke, coconut long boys, a check book and cordless winch control.

if Me and @John Cooper slip over the wall we are gonna catch up and see what we can break in my V8.😁

I like that USB plug spot. Been eyeing drilling the passenger side of the center console close to the dash to install one. Worried a passenger with kick and break the plug getting in.

You're spot looks easier to get to and clean. 👍

I am looking for recommendations or referrals of someone around the Phoenix area that could do a dash like yours.

Check with Steve's Speedotach in Tempe. Pretty strong reputation for being able to fix any gauge/ cluster issue on anything and I think they do customization and performance stuff too.

Had them fix the cluster on my 05 Duramax. Great service, quick and reasonable.

I wish I knew who to tell you...I dont even know anyone here...im in awe how this V8 is intergrated into this chassis, the gauges were done because the stock stuff was hard to mate to it.

We are relocating a shock bracket right now, then im going to change the fill plug and output seal in the atlas

DaveC - Thank you. I tried and cannot locate them. Do you happen to have a phone or address?

Andy,
Not true when using the Dodge magnum V-8 in a TJ. The Dodge PCM will actually talk to the TJ dash with no problems. It's when you use a Chevy or Ford that you run into dash issues. And while I LOVE the looks of the Autometer gauges they sure are spendy.

Autometer makes a replacement dash but some don't like the placement of gauges.

There use to be a company that would cut a metal plate for you with spots for different indicator lights but they aren't around anymore. You might reach out to @WSS as he might know a place to get it. That company was 12v Unlimited but they are no longer active and their website is down.

Here is a company in Canada

And then there is this digital dash
