You guys ever have to turn around to hit a trail you just flew past? This was tonight’s adventure.

Yep, probably 60% the time my Jeep is offroad is on those kind of spur of the moment situations.

I feel your pain and I will never do this again, I am still finding f'ing mud a couple of years later. Never again
Me too, and here it can't be avoided. It’s officially been a year since my last off-road adventure & despite having cleaned it multiple times since it’s still dropping out of cracks & crevices every time I’m under it doing anything, always manages to find my eyeball too. Mud, and the absolute impossibility of avoiding it in any off-road scenario where I live was one of the prime drivers in ending my wheeling career, bashing it off of rocks & breaking stuff was the other part. Been all those places, done all those things, lost interest in all of it.

lol, who cares?!?
Just spit ballin here but probably a great many that would like to keep their TJ in good condition for any appreciable period of time? Being in that group I can confirm it's an actual thing, crazy as that may sound to those in the beat-it-to-death crowd...

It was beat to death when I bought it. It's rusted out past what I'm willing to repair so I'm going to weld some ugly ass bracing where I can and beat the snot out of it until it dies.

yep, i hate mud, thats why my jeep stays on pavement where it's meant to be !!!! i just have 4wd to be cool  you guys out west got it made with your sand and so many places to go trail riding, all we have in the east is lots of malls to drive around....

Lol, plenty of places to trail here in the woods. If you’re looking to avoid mud, it’s gonna be a short trip but why would you own a jacked up Jeep with 33x12.5 MTs and avoid mud? I feel like that’s like hiring a hooker to give you a hug.

Lol, personally I feel like you ALL value your TJ way too much. Sand, mud, dents, blatant abuse. Who cares!!! You can buy another piece of crap TJ for about the same price of a used 4-wheeler. These are throw away, woods beaters. Treat them according.
