What did you do to your TJ today?

Yea, its one of those "Didn't look all that great back then, but looks better now" things - probably because you virtually never see one of the 60/61 hoods.
I had a 60 Apache 10, The " Jet intake " F-100 Super Sabre hood takes quite a while to get used too.

Well Buff and Shine done for now. I am a little OCD when it comes to this so still need to put it up on the lift for the under carriage but it’s beer thirty.

No Naff! :( RR plastic front fender covers do not fit with the painted 4 1/4 flares because there is no real ridge between fender and flare they are almost flush. Glad I didn't pay for them :)

Picked up a NIB original LJ soft top with all the hardware for $250.00 off Facebook Marketplace.

Thankfully the seller was willing to hold it for me till today. Was north of Pittsburgh and a 4 hour drive to get it. Seller said they bought a new 2006 Unlimited during the winter and 2 months after purchasing the jeep her brother totaled it. They never had the chance to put the top on it and instead just threw it in storage until 3 weeks ago. I was surprised that she still had it because her for sale post was 2 weeks old when I saw it.

Nice find….it’s like a time capsule.

Installed an Explorer 9 blade fan with a heavy duty clutch. I had no overheating issues, just thought I would give it a shot. It gets hot and humid here near the equator. Engine temp according to the accurate factory gauge had not changed much, maybe -15 ° C or 5° F. The A/C does seem to be cooler though so that's a plus.

Well I was going to take mine on a nice drive to the NC Zoo since my stepson was over this weekend....until I realized there are no back seatbelts! The shoulder belts are there but the other part that should be in the seat isn't. LOL in the few months I have had her no one has sat in the backseat, usually it's just me in it. So I guess I need to buy and install rear seatbelts....

they may be laying under the rear center of the seat on the floor?

Picked mine up last night from the shop after a regear with front Eaton eLocker and rear Truetrac. This morning I parked next to a friends new 392 here at work.

Interesting, I'm going with the same F eLocker / R Truetrac combo; I'm just waiting on parts at the moment. I'll be interested to hear how you like it!
