You have my Jeeps twin, I just did the procedure a few days back but haven't driven it yet and the amount of time it spends on the road could take a year or so.

No taxes on Soc Sec YAY and got one a nice refund on Fed and state. Us retired folks needed a break.

Do you have the SKIM system on your jeep? as you where in that area and had a hard time removing and installing the covers.

Thanks I was thinking PCM tuning. I have no tuner. My codes are lean always. Wonder if Wranglerfix can help as its one of his PCM's.

Have you had any 02 codes with your ARH header? I have a similar setup ARH, Eddy head, Newcomer intake & intake gasket,BBK tb. I'm getting 0296 somtimes and 0298 sometimes. Does you intake hit #1 exhaust tube? Had the intake off twice to clearance #1 intake and exhaust. Any ideas?

Gave her a quick wash after a quick test ride to work out all the bugs after @10 months in heavy maint. Same Jeep as in avaitar only alot lighter.

I put the header on this spring and not issues. I have a 06 LJR, I installed on a Eddy head with a Newcomer Racing ported intake. I used also the Newcomer racing copper intake gasket as the fel pro leaked. I had no issues with bolt holes etc.

Removed the rock sliders I didn't care for. Had to cut them off as they were welded to the frame. They are for free if you want them. Looks better to me

Yes they came out ok once I broke them loose. The fittings and seals are different but will work if its all clean and orings are good

I recently bought a AB radiator from World to replace my AC radiator in my 06. I used the old fittings from the AC radiator and not leaks so far. Or you can get some trans cooler rubber line and pex connector clamps to use the AB connectors on the radiator. Mine didn't leak so I never got around...

Look up setting the engine to TDC in the service manual, get educated on how this all works. The OPDA being 180 degree out, the engine will run. I've done it. My experieance on the Crown sensor is fine. Just get your head straight on how it all works. Have fun cheers
