Trust me… If I can do it with nothing other than a bunch of pictures of foam in boxes then anyone can.. especially a guy who has rebuilt an Rh32 transmission… 😎

They only reason you would unzip the zipper was if you were going to take the back off… the zipper part covers the bolts that hold the back onto the bottom… I tried it your way first, but it was top-heavy and kept falling over… Lol

    TJ seat foam

It’s not that difficult, the 2nd time… for me, the the first time was figuring out how they came apart and the easiest way to put them back together… I got a cheap set of hog ring pliers from Amazon… don’t worry about the rings, the ones that the seats come with are better… on the back corner...

    TJ seat foam

I disassembled the seats… I found it was easier to do the bottom with the back off… The hardest part of the job to me was stretching the seat back over the new foam and attaching those stupid plastic strips… I took the seats out last night, took the backs off and stripped the seat portion… I...

I got my Under cover fabworks bumper in yesterday afternoon, wiped it down with acetone, put 2 coats of gray rustoleum primer on it and 3 coats of satin black rustoleum paint on it… I mounted it this morning … I figure it can cure on the Jeep… that’s the way I’ve always done it and I’ve never...

What did you do to your TJ today?

Began removing everything off the front end to get it ready for the ORO Swayloc, UCF bumper, Savvy winch guard and WRG recovery gear… Had a local paint dealer scan my paint and mix up a couple cans of matching paint for the doors… I think it turned out pretty good for rattle can…

What did you do to your TJ today?

I thought it was in that thread that was referenced above, but I see where zerk fittings were referred to, but I don’t see where anyone actually did it… if I remember correctly I just found a spot on the bearing casing that was thick enough and wasn’t covered by the bracket and I just drilled a...

What did you do to your TJ today?

There is a write up somewhere on the forum for putting a jerk fitting in that bracket for the bearing and I did it on my last T.J. but I can’t find the write up now…
