The AA part number is listed for 1999-2000. I have found a couple of the AA blanks — will they work on a later ('05-'06) SKIM system, or were they specific to the earlier Jeeps?

Bad radiator cap?

I just did this on my ‘05! IIRC the levers should throw about 90 degrees, and this unlocks the plug. Just wiggle them apart gently but firmly. to reattach, plug in firmly and throw the locking levers to cinch them and lock them down.

One year update: The interior panels, ALL hardware and weatherstripping fit up perfectly. Without looking for the factory part sticker you cannot tell which door is the OEM and which is the replacement panel. Recommend 100%

Had generic wet carpet smell that would get really bad in the heat. Pressure washing/shampooing the carpet and letting it dry in the sun would help, but never completely got rid of the smell. Febreeze helped too, but it's not a very subtle scent itself — like a janitor's version of Axe Body...
