Thought I would give an update on this thread to finish it off. Took the Jeep to a shop and the findings were several collapsed lifters. Initially with the valve cover off the everything looked great while running but closer inspection showed a good bit of lateral movement on multiple lifters...

Have JKS front and rear. Is the Currie / Rockjock probably better? Yes it probably is. Is the JKS a good option for most people? Also yes.

Ok I have a way to look at live data, what exactly should I look for?

So after thinking about these issues, it seems as if this is more of a sudden thing and maybe happened right after getting fuel. Could all of this be caused by some sketchy fuel? Thinking of treating the fuel and seeing if it changes anything

I guess you had the same codes? Only thing I guess that concerns me is that this seems to have happened all of a sudden. Jeep was running fine a few weeks ago

I will borrow one from a friend tomorrow if I can’t get mine to work. Is it possibly a head gasket but no coolant in oil, no smoke?

I’m having trouble with my ODB reader but did have P0303 pop up in addition to the other codes

Replaced plugs and coil pack, started it and everything seemed to be fine, then the shuddering and rough idle started back. Did the screwdriver trick and all of the injectors seem to be operating

Cranked it, checked for the codes

Had a little time to mess with the jeep again today and now I’m getting P0300, P0301 and P0304. Coil pack?

I did not, just judging it based on how it’s running
