I pulled both free of the rotors and pressed the brake pedal to close them then pressed them back open with a small c clamp and they moved very easily. That was a couple of months ago when we got our first snow and the bad braking became noticable again.

Rubicon88 I bled the whole sytem manually when I replaced all of the brakes. I took about two large containers before I saw the new fluid cone through all of the calipers and wheel cylinders.
