what the P0185 code means? google was saying the fuel temperature sensor but where is that located?

My defrost switch does be on while I am driving but shut off when I start holding break but when I press the switch on, my gauge loses power and shut off until I release my finger from pressing on it then the gauge power right back up. is this a common problem? is this relay problem? has this...

I attempt torquing the rear yoke to the correct foot lbs but as I am finish the yoke wouldn’t spin freely. I don’t know why is like that
