I have recently purchased a bestop twill replace a top for my 06 TJ. The fitment appears good however the rear windows aren't as taunt as the oem neither is the door surround clips. At higher speeds the buffering and noise is actually worse than my old stock top. I'm wondering if the best top...

I like the way it's protected in the rear. I recently used a bumper mounted holder.

Yeah all good. In my mind it should provide a tighter/smoother ride but real world results maybe not. Can't hurt either way.

I'd be interested to hear if you can feel a difference driving when they are all replaced.

I would bypass your heater ASAP. You don't want to lose too much coolant, plus it can leak inside the cabin. This is what I did since I'm not in a rush to replace the heater core.

Well there you go, I always thought they were for fog lights and they just came pre-wired.

Same thing started happening to me, bypassed the heater core as shown. It has fixed the issue until I can be bothered to replace it.

When the oil sump gasket was sent they decided to fold it like so. The blue outer layer isn't cracked or split but would just like to make sure it's still good to use?

I've noticed/smelt my heater core starting to fail with vapour and heat coming out of the ac vents. Quick fix of a heater core bypass until I could be bothered to pull the dash apart.
