The lift was installed prior to my purchase of the Jeep, but I would assume that the length of the current brake lines is the proper length for my lift. Not sure if there is a way to tell or not. I have wheeled plenty of times with the current set up, but never with my sway bars disconnected.

I do see where Hooke Road makes a rack that bolts onto the tub at the hard top holes location vs onto the wheel well/rear seat belt location. I’m thinking I may try that one instead before I go a totally different direction.

I didn’t. Those speakers weren’t bad, so I just left them in, and kept the replacements for when/if they do go bad. It’s a future me problem, I guess.

I just find it hard to believe that every JK/JL on the road has a 37” spare on what appears to be a stock, or close to stock carrier. The hinges seem to work fine, but I feel like there’s a better way to get more support on the tail gate 🤷🏻‍♂️.

How would you do something like that? It’s a lot of space to make up.
