I would definitely prioritize getting a flex joint on one end of the uppers first. I personally would never have installed upper CAs that have poly joints on both ends. They would not allow hardly any twisting at all as the axle tries to flex.

I converted my TJ over to Zerex G-05 years ago. It does not get the level of calcium buildup or rusting that you see when running cheap green "universal" antifreeze.

Not only that, you would need to buy a tool that includes a 12-24 mandrel, or be able to buy that size mandrel for whatever tool you currently own. So add that to the cost. My nutsert tool does not have a 12-24 mandrel, so I am going to use the next closest size.

Check the condition of the steering stabilizer. If you can jack up the front axle and shake all the steering and suspension components and look for loose joints.

The factory did come with these little foam baffles in front of the speaker. My problem is they are a little larger than the cavity and sort of smash in there, which rolls the front edges over and blocks the opening. So I trimmed mine down a bit. There is a before/after, and installed pic.
