If the PO had LEDs then they probably changed the relay. You will need to change it back to oem. It's located behind the steering wheel if I remember correctly

Off the top of my head I wonder if you can remove the door hinge pins and take the whole door off. Then take the panel off and grease everything up.

I believe that it deals all of the seems. I would leave it. Shouldn't be any rust under it. Someone else might have more info on it though.

I had the same problem. I ended up cutting it off with my multitool and I ordered new quick release ones from Amazon. They are called quick release bow knuckles.

Are the door switches still connected. The PO may have disconnected them.

The big one on the inside is for the factory subwoofer. I was just asking about it in another post as well as I thought it might be controlling something else too. I have to say thank you to SteelCity06 for helping me identify this one.

Rubi. As AOR said resale alone makes it worth it. Wheeled or not you will find both of them will still drain your wallet. I am new to keeping as well (1 year in) and I am finding there is always something you want to or have to do to keep them going.
