i did a oil change last time i had this happen, ran fine then it rained this time and now it’s not running fine after the oil change. not sure what to do

gas was full when this happened, it’s still full as of right now

i did the oil change 5 quarts i had an extra quart for it when the levels went down on the dipstick. 10w 30 high mileage

it ran like crap, plus gave me a nice flashing engine light it only made it around a block for me to realize

The oil is only 300 Miles maybe, i ran the jeep not realizing it had water in the oil and i’m guessing they mixed now but the dipstick should be no where near where it’s at

a separation between the oil and the water and also a puddle of water on top of the engine kinda just put two and two together, i know the smell of coolant and it doesn’t smell like it at all

i just replaced the grommet oil cap is next, the grommet was so lose i could literally tap it and it fall out. Head gasket should be fine at least im hoping from seeing the radiator being full at where it should be

Every time it rains the engine bay gets wet. I keep finding water in the engine oil as a result of this i’m not sure what to replace so this doesn’t happen again
