‘06 Wrangler X with open diff..clunk-idk coming from the rear end when driving. Almost sounds hollow. Started noticing right when weather got cold? Attached a few videos of the sound when stationary. Not spitting grease from bearings that I can see. Any thoughts? Thank you kindly in advance!

This is my first TJ. I'm super excited. Having a blast already. 2.5 inch springs and shocks coming already. Pro comp wheels with KO2 enroute to the house also. Going to black out the wheels. All new front suspension ordered and coming. Going to try and get through that as soon as it arrives...

226,000K on my TJ - put synthetic in and started leaking - considering changing it out now and replacing with your 10w-30 idea...see if it seals up. Kicking myself in the head for switching to synthetic.
