And I know there are a couple crude ways to evacuate the system, but for someone without a spare air canister on hand, what would be the best way to evacuate the system?

Yes I did, both cans were just the cans without the gauge, I already had a gauge and hose.

I might also add, there’s no water leaking from the AC system as well, I have a hose hooked up from the firewall AC water “exhaust” so it doesn’t leak water into the cabin passenger side, but there’s no water or evaporates coming out of that hose.

It’s almost as if it’s not even going in, the can is the same weight before and after, and it’s like there’s nothing going into it.

Even after adding Freon, still kept fluctuating.

OK, I just got A different AC pro can with a gauge, and as the Compressor would kick on and off, the pressure would go a little past the recommended fill level, and then kick back down as the compressor turned on. I’m just completely stunned on why it would even do that, do any of you have any...

usually my confusion right now though would be centered on that, but that was over a week ago and there hasn’t been any cooling problems since with the temperature or any signs of overheating.

The cooling system and coolant are perfect, realistically it’s just that my AC isn’t blowing cold in the hot Texas summer that concerns me.

Whenever we were filling up the Freon, the gauges we used for it said it was already full.
