All good now, thank you! Put engine back to TDC and just put the pin back through with the housing loosened and tightened back up. No codes so far.

Thanks! Im using the original sensor. 2nd photo was just the original with rubber buildup in it. Stupid question what do you mean by clock it? Just move the housing around to try to get it back exact?

Hey all, Had the screaming monkey in my 06 TJ 4.0L, just replaced the OPDA after not driving it after noise started, and came to find this... also throwing the P0016 code for timing after reinstallation. I couldnt see the whole camshaft gear but it seemed ok, and im fairly certain i replaced...

Hey all, New guy here, Know there's several threads about re-gearing and general consensus seems to be that 4.56 is best for 33's with the 5 speed. Is the same true for the 6 speed? Currently in the dreaded 3.07 club with stock Dana 35 and 33's. Thanks in advance for the help.
