TJ Unlimited Rubicon with 23k miles for $16,900

I must be missing something — what's up with the door panels?

Damn! Check out this 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sport with low miles and a rare color!

These Jeeps are still pretty late model — the girls at work were shocked the other day to learn that my red LJ is an '04...I don't know what they thought (and, of course they aren't "Jeep people" so they don't know a TJ from a JL), but the paint is shiny and beads up well and they thought it...

Wanting to buy an OEM hardtop for my factory soft top LJ — mounting questions

It's 40 degrees here and rains buckets every day (western Oregon), so I don't want to drive 2 hours to get the hard top tomorrow night after work with my top completely removed — hence the folding and removing in his parent's garage for the swap. I don't want to do a test removal in advance as...

Wanting to buy an OEM hardtop for my factory soft top LJ — mounting questions

OK, just to verify 100%... My Jeep came with a soft top/no hardtop. Reading this and watching some u-tube videos — I drive to the guy's house, unzip the back windows on my top (and hope the zippers don't break like the back window one has) and remove them, unclip the top at the front behind...

Best wheel adapter for JK wheels?

This is what I bought: Spidertrax S2PWHS013 Wheel Adapter Kit For the '17/'18 Rubicon wheels I put on the red LJ. No rubbing — they work great.

What is this object in front of shifter?

That's what took me a bit to figure out...I didn't notice the OP's name until the ItchyPecker showed up and posted, lol!

What is this object in front of shifter?

Here I was thinking this had something to do with the OP's question...took me a few minutes to figure the names out and — learned something new today: www.urbandictionary.com › define sausage fest. Any gathering that is made up of an unusually large percentage of guys. see also penis party...

LJ Rubicon for the cheap price of $49,000

I would agree — I think it's more about calling BS on the dealer and the price than the actual Jeep itself. It's kind of what I was envisioning when I bought my Khaki low-miler a year ago...I'd happily take this thing up to the TSF and wear off some tread tomorrow it it was mine, lol!

LJ Rubicon for the cheap price of $49,000

I was preparing to give them the benefit of the doubt...maybe the bubbling is just thick paint spatter and it's in Cali so...? [And I have this Jeep, in it's bone stock form with 37K miles — so I like seeing people try to sell them for a lot as it theoretically makes mine worth more, lol.)...

2006 LJ with 120K miles and salvage title—What is an honest value for seller and buyer?

The current seller didn't have the accident or do the mods. I don't have the VIN to run a Carfax on it, but it's allegedly from southern California. The "kid" who brought it up from Cali did the mods and put the white top on, then sold it to this guy. I suspect this guy overpaid as he had had a...

2006 LJ with 120K miles and salvage title—What is an honest value for seller and buyer?

I would guess he's referring to the salvage title (making it 1/2 the actual value) AND the hideous white top, wheels, fenders, sliders, and bumpers — it all together looks super goofy IMO, but if I could buy it well, I could mod the $hit out of it and not have intense guilt.

2006 LJ with 120K miles and salvage title—What is an honest value for seller and buyer?

Obviously $50 doesn't buy it, lol. I looked at a Jeep today I am thinking about. I would like a Jeep to build fairly aggressively without guilt... I can't use my one owner, '06 Rubi, bone-stock, 37K old-man miles Khaki for my crawler — once I bought it I very quickly realized that was not...

Wanting to buy an OEM hardtop for my factory soft top LJ — mounting questions

My soft top is getting tired and I am kind of a hard top fan, anyway. I found one fairly local to me on CL that the guy wants to sell. Can someone point me in the right direction to see what all I need to mount a hard top on my Jeep? I assume I have to completely remove the soft top to...

Texas Used parts off a 2006 LJ Rubicon

How did (does?) the radio work? Pictures? Is the wiring intact, or is it cut? What all do you have left on your list still for sale? Thanks.
