An update for anyone interested. The Delphi was delivered yesterday. It is very quiet and will do the job. I ordered some sound/vibration sheets, but I will not need them. Thanks to everyone for the input.

It's just thin aluminum. I am going to try the Delphi I have ordered. But I think sound-dampening is the most-likely solution. I appreciate the insight.

The Turtle Box turned up is definitely an option! But, I'm hard-headed and tend to get fixated on small problems like this.

The Detroit Axle was $115 and I just bought a Delphi yesterday for $165 shipped. If that doesn't work, I guess I'll try Bosch next. Maybe the stuff I am buying is too cheap?
