looking at it, it definitely looks like a TJ top. I believe YJ and older tops had smaller vents on the side and I have seen some as well with a latch handle that keeps them shut. Looks like you may have found a great deal.

One thing I will recommend with this lift is trash that heim joint that the adjustable trackbar comes with and get yourself an FK Rod end heim joint or similar quality brand. The ones these come with are garbage and will start rattling like crazy in very short order.
