Just be careful. I'd have a secondary jack style available for if you blow a tire so you can do an axle lift and not have to flex out the Jeep to swap.

Why do you need a high-lift at all, mechanical or hydraulic? Not only are they dangerous, they're about useless for changing a tire unless you have no shock travel.
