Had a guy come out today to scan it and try and program it but his tool would not work on it said something about it needed a special adapter UT he has made and programed keys for other jeeps unfortunately it is not far enough along to take anywhere but want to test engine and transmission...

I have a skim module on the steering column key light on dash on steady starts a d runs for about 3 secs

So any suggestions on how to reset Skim

Thanks did get to crank by by passing neutral safety switch all now have fuel after replacing tank unit now runs 3 secs and shuts off have guy coming tommarrow to reset skim

I am building a 99 TJ after wiring in dash I have no crank it will crank if I jump the starter but still no fuel. It does have a solid no key symbol on dash. Any suggestions
