That’s the seal extension which you need when swapping from a manual to automatic. Not to be confused with the transmission housing extension.

The bearing is not a press fit, I removed mine by hand. Clean and dry the trans housing extension and the seal extension and then apply RTV to the mating surfaces. Hammer the seal extension into the housing extension taking care to tap in as straight as possible. Remove any RTV that globs up...

I had the same leak after swapping in my 32rh and installing a seal extension. I fixed it by removing the extension and reinstalled it with RTV. No leaks since.

Yes they do however if possible I would wait and install the corners and the rockers together in order to get the best fit. Check out my last two pics again. To get those seams as tight as possible together with the line under the door and along the soft top channel straight they are best if...

I agree Phillips head screws are better and I used them on my homemade tailgate skin and valance. I used the Allen heads because they came with the rockers, corners, door armor and tub armor. I may swap them out someday when it bothers me more.

After waiting over a year for my Savvy rocker and corner armor order I got a refund and applied it towards Genright mini boatsides, corner armor and other stuff. Done together they match up well and I am happy with the results.
