    NV3550 to 32RH 2003 TJ wiring help

Macho, When you mention grab that wire.... do you mean to actually pull the wire and pin it in center location between the 2 reverse wires? That would than be the ground connection for the starter relay. Could I cut the ground loop and run a new wire from relay and pin it ?

    NV3550 to 32RH 2003 TJ wiring help

Thank-you for the quick answers....the 2003 with NV3550 doesn't share much with the first suggestion so that's why I'm asking and '03 was first year of 42rle so bound to be changes! ok, I kind of thought that the 1 weatherpack was for tcase. Other weatherpack is the ticket than for the...

    NV3550 to 32RH 2003 TJ wiring help

Hello all, I've read lots and lots, I'm more lost than before. I'm just about to lift the 32RH ( from a 2000) in place of the NV 3550 in my 2003 TJ. I have the little harness for NSS and TC lockup ( 2 connectors go to 1 - 5 pin rectangular) I will run a toggle switch for the lock up later...

got the ken worth ploy and rubber, but before I destroy those.... where do they explain this from your post: "you will adjust caster and bushing preload later". caster is easy.... preload apparently for me is not. lol maybe it isn't discussed later in the installation instructions?

Thanks Daryl! I got the replacement bushings from ALL J which are both polyurethane ( hard and very hard I'd say) I found that you can get some Kenworth bushings poly and rubber so going to try that. Your advice on the rubber bushing is where I'll try. I think I over tightened the 2 poly ones...

hello all, Does anyone have the approximate torque for the FUCA bushings? I just installed a set of poly-urethane ones and they split and were useless on an offroad trip. ( ended up welding a piece of angle that eliminated the cushioning effect of the bushings. I tightened to the point of a...

I didn't mention that I will be swapping axles as a phase 2 ( winery 25-26). Phase 1 winter 24-25 is TJ6 I figured it would be easier and more cost effective to keep what I have and then consider a 4 link rear ( double triangulated, no panhard)

hello, I'm thinking about doing the TJ-6 mod and wondering if someone could tell be how much longer the "stretch" was on the LJ kit......simple enough on the lower arms ( I'll assume 10"). Was the stinger 10" longer as well? I have the long arm 6" lift on my '03 TJ Thanks for your help! J
